With over 20 years of Supply Chain experience with fortune 500 companies. Tammy had various leadership roles in her 12 years at Medtronic and 11 years at FedEx.

Over the twelve years at Medtronic, Heid has demonstrated her extensive passion, innovation, and leadership capabilities as Medtronic’s Sr Director for Global Supply Chain Transformation, Trade Compliance, and Logistics. Heid has developed and transformed teams. She has proven significant success in leading risk assessments and gap analysis. Heid also executed on key Logistics projects that include Global Distribution Network Analysis and Implementation.

Before joining Medtronic, Heid held various leadership positions within FedEx. In Global Sales, she provided strategic planning, account management and leadership. In FedEx Solutions role, she was a business consultant where she designed and executed supply chain solutions.

Heid brings over twenty years of experience and holds a BA and MBA from the University of St. Thomas.​
