Over 30 years of experience in Client Focused IT at 3M. Hold a BS in Business and Computer Science Bachelor of Science from Winona State University and an MBA from St. Thomas University. I spent much of my career working with business clients from all disciplines, helping them to build solutions to meet business goals. I have mentored and coached dozens of people over the years, helping them to define career goals and build strategies to navigate across a large complex organization.
